Dr. Manoj Vanajakumari received his Ph.D in Management Science from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2007. He joined UNCW in 2018 as an Associate Professor at the Congdon School of Supply Chain, Business Analytics, and Information Systems. Before joining UNCW, he was a tenured faculty at Texas A&M University. Dr. Vanajakumari teaches courses in Business Analytics. He encourages the students to think beyond the boundaries of the courses and take a holistic approach to understanding and solving real-world problems. His research interest primarily focuses on socially responsible supply chains, cybersecurity, and scheduling. He is a member of INFORMS, POMS, and DSI.
