Dr. Tao Yang (Management Department of the Cameron School of Business) studies employee well-being and ways to improve the quality of work life with a specialization in organizational behavior and human resources. Dr. Julie-Ann Scott-Pollock (Department of Communication Studies) is the founding director of UNCW Performance Studies, which includes four undergraduate performance troupes with local and international audiences.
