Abstract
- Using survey data from principles of macroeconomics courses, we examine the determinants of satisfactory homework performance and completion. The amount of time that students study the subject and the usefulness of homework assignments in preparing for are shown to favor higher homework achievement while the weight of homework in the final average is shown to increase the probability that a students earns an ‘A’ on homework assignments.
