This presentation explored the need for designing and implementing Professional Forums in our school communities in order to support, encourage and inspire an ongoing discourse between, and among teachers, and administrators. This presentation highlighted specifically the ‘process’ and development of Professional Forums and the benefits of faculty coming together to discuss issues and practices.
