Abstract
Since the number of so called “green consumers”, increases worldwide, a deeper under-standing of consumers’ perceived value dimensions is still required to derive successful man-agement strategies for organic food marketers. Consequently, this cross-national study focuses on antecedents of organic food consumption and their relative importance across US and German consumers.
