Abstract
- In this research, three authors outline findings from a 6-week hip hop curriculum implemented in a public charter school funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Five themes emerged: (1) Agency, (2) Identity, (3) Creative motivation, (4) Historical Knowledge, (5) Social Justice, and (6) Resilience.
