  • The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) became an NSA/DHS-designated Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CDE) in 2018. In this talk, the director of UNCW’s Center for Cyber Defense Education (CCDE) will discuss a bit about what it means to be a CAE-CDE designated school, the cybersecurity-related activities that the CCDE regularly promotes, and the UNCW programs in place and planned that are designed to create workforce-ready graduates for the cybersecurity space.
