- This session will focus on the evolution of leadership skills during challenging times. Individuals considering leadership opportunities will learn when to take risks, grow successes, manage in crises, and pivot when desired results are not achieved. In addition, anti-oppressive leadership styles and different pathways to leadership will be discussed.
