Synergy in Graduate & Undergraduate Professional Learning Communities. Bring together two different programs: Master’s of School Administration (MSA), and Undergraduate Teacher Preparation in STEM areas. Three Objectives: Teacher preparation programs will prepare pre-service teachers to apply ideas from methods courses; Principal preparation program will prepare principal candidates to serve as reflective instructional leaders and provide feedback to teachers; Faculty in both programs will bring pre-service teachers and principals together to integrate and reflect on learning experiences in teaching, learning, and leading.
