  • Poster presentation showcasing Community health partnership with State of Virginia Drug Court Program and Community Health Nursing Students. The Old Dominion University School of Nursing takes an innovative approach to community partnerships and community health nursing. The curriculum taught over 2 semesters engages the students in community organizations to improve the health of vulnerable populations. Continuity between class groups has allowed the School of Nursing to set up and maintain a long term partnership with the Norfolk Drug Court for over 8 years.
