CTE provides a three day orientation to all incoming faculty. Included in this orientation is an introduction to UNCW’s strategic mission, an articulation of the liberal arts agenda embodied in our instructional tradition, a regional tour highlighting faculty engagement and benefits and technology training. Similarly, new Chairs are oriented to the administrative resources of the campus in an all day training occurring.
