- My research focuses on human-centered workplace learning and the impact of emerging and existing technologies on organizational culture, learning, performance, and human capital development. Through this work, I seek to better understand how organizations can create learning environments that enhance workforce capability, support employee growth, and improve organizational effectiveness.
