- Presented a brief lecture, along with a screening of Spike Lee's 4 Little Girls, in whcih I focused upon Lee's style as a means to prevent historical erasure of significant African American cultural events, and I highlighted the means by which Lee's art is designed to allow viewers both to empathize and to engage with Civil Rights history.
