  • Aligned with the 2025 conference theme “Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity: Threats and Opportunities in the Global Business Environment”, this panel provides an opportunity for IB educators to discuss how implementing the X-Culture project in their courses has prepared students to better deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity and so prepare them to leverage opportunities and curtail threats in the global business environment. The panel will provide a forum to ensure a substantive interchange among panelists as well as considerable interaction and discussion with the audience. Panelists are expert educators that have used the X-Culture project in their courses and will discuss topics related to the panel theme of “how X-Culture matters to manage volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity and so prepare students to mitigate threats and leverage opportunities in the global business environment”. Panelists will present on a range of topics related to this panel theme, including an overview of the X-Culture project, which has graduated more than 100,000 X-Culture students from more than 100 countries over 15 years, current innovations and tangible benefits and best practices for using the X-Culture project.
