Accurate diagnosis and effective treatment remain clinical challenges due to the joint’s complex anatomy and biomechanical function. This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the evaluation and management of SI joint dysfunction. Key topics include clinical history, physical examination techniques, and the role of diagnostic imaging and confirmatory injections.
