Through a collaboration with New Hanover County's Worksite Wellness, students in HFE 391: Health Behavior Theory were able to apply new content knowledge from the course to a service learning experience. Students assisted with needs assessment, used the Transtheoretical Model to plan programming based on participant stages of change, and then helped analyzed program evaluation data to identify changes for future programming.
