Abstract
- The aim of this study is to underline the importance of work-life balance and investigate the relationship between work-life balance and happiness. Convenience sampling is used and data are collected by survey method from 250 employees working in stanbul, Turkey. Results show that there is a positive relationship between work-life balance and happiness. Findings are discussed in terms of Generation X and Y and fruitful implications are drawn for practitioners and researcher reflecting a cultural and paradigm change in both societal and organizational spaces.
