In 2006, Taub and McEwen shared the factors graduate students in HE/SA programs identified as having influenced their decision to enter the field of student affairs. However, much has changed since then, both within and outside of the profession. Have these factors changed as well? The presenters will share the results of their recent study that revisited this topic. Why are individuals deciding to enter the profession of student affairs in 2023?
