Concert

A two-piano, four-hand concert with my regular partner, Domonique Launey. We perform each year in Beckwith Recital Hall for sizable and enthusiastic audiences. This program included a sonata by Mozart, and the difficult 2-piano version of the f-minor quintet by Brahms. In between, we played the Milonga por Angél, by Piazzolla. For this piece, in what we thought was a imaginative move, we brought in a dancer to create a tango-style dance for music of the quintessential tango composer.
