Teaching in a hybrid format has many challenges. For faculty, it is difficult to maintain social presence between online and face to face students. For support staff it takes a lot more time and effort to prepare and assist faculty teaching in the hybrid format. This presentation will review data gathered from case studies done in the College of Education with faculty who were new to hybrid teaching and provide strategies for being successful.
