Workshop style delivery to equip participants to improve instructor presence, build community, and use universal design in hybrid, fully online or face to face IPAPs. The workshop will equip participants to consider evidence based approaches that can improve both enrollment and the engagement of students and the instructor in a hybrid world. Approaches will be valuable to fully online and face to face delivery methods as well. Use of self-determination theory and the promotion of self-efficacy will be woven within the workshop delivery.
