Abstract
- The research involved will support the EPA's efforts to analyze harmful algal bloom samples for the presence of a variety of toxins. The EPA will send water samples to UNCW where Strangman will analyze them. Analysis methods include UPLC-QToF mass spectrometry and untargeted mass-spectrometry based metabolomics.
