Abstract
- We aim to conduct a feasibility study to explore the integration of UNCW SON faculty and students into a larger mobile health clinic project. The mobile health clinic project is in early developmental stages and is a collaborative project involving Coastal Carolina Health Alliance (CCHA), Manos Unidas, and UNCW School of Nursing. Implementing a depression screening and follow up process as part of the mobile clinic’s outreach to the migrant farmers would provide opportunities for faculty practice, clinical experiences for undergraduate and graduate students and help Manos Unidas meet their clinical quality measures and provide mental health services to this vulnerable population.
