The focus of this material centers on an innovative initiative and research study which included two specific aims: (a) to implement the novel “FACES” peer-support program focused on fellowship, accountability, collaboration, empowerment, and support among nursing faculty on tenure-track, and (b) to explore faculty experiences with implementation and participation in the peer-support program.
