Description
This project looks to explore the subjective happiness scores of students enrolled in a "happiness" class. There is very limited research currently on the impact of subjective happiness scores over the course of a semester. Students in the CHHS 210 course, Happiness & Wellbeing, will take the subjective happiness scale within the first week of class and during the last week of class. Scores will then be compared and analyzed to determine if subjective happiness among the class significantly changed. The class focuses on learning evidence-based happiness strategies, thus this project will help understand if students are actually benefiting from increased happiness over the course of a semester.
