Further automating the transfer of library fines and fees

In 2018 We decided to take advantage of the newly released Patron APIs, and try to improve the process we had for transferring fines. We had recently hired an additional developer into our department and could take on improving this application. We started from scratch and remade the entire process. This meant renegotiating with Campus IT and Student Accounts the process for providing them the file they need to post fees on student accounts. In addition we worked closely with Circulation and developed the workflow that would be most efficient for everyone.
