Abstract
- The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) is seeking to collaborate with Durham Technical Community College, Campbell University, and UNCW to evaluate how new graduates from clinical research academic programs perform on ACRP professional certification exams (Entry Level Knowledge Assessment [ELKA] or ACRP-Certified Professional Certification Exam [ACRP-CP]). The ACPR-CP is limited to professionals with at least 2 years of experience working in clinical research. The research team hypothesizes that new graduates will pass at equal or higher rates than individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical research. Three participating institutions based in North Carolina were invited to collaborate on this pilot project.
