Description
Students completed education in TeamSTEPPS and then participated in a simulation session in which a healthcare provider was uncivil. Students used TeamSTEPPS tools to respond to the healthcare provider in order to care for the patient. There was not a significant difference in self-efficacy or anxiety before and after the intervention. Students (89%) found the simulation beneficial.
