UNCW began a reclamation process with OCLC in December of 2013 while we were in a consortia, and using Millennium. Figuring out which records to send, and putting all the information together for OCLC was quite a process, but nothing compared to what was to come.
By the time our task force was ready to reconcile the files returned to us we were no longer a part of that consortia, and had migrated to hosted Sierra. We will discuss the perils and triumphs encountered along the way, and provide tips for using SQL, MarcEdit, Macro Express and Create Lists.
