At the 2025 North Carolina Associate Degree Nursing Council Conference, faculty attendees were invited to complete a voluntary survey exploring their perceptions of stressors affecting undergraduate nursing students and the impact of these challenges on faculty well-being. This poster presents findings from that survey, highlighting themes identified through analysis of open-ended responses.
