Overview

  • Professor in the UNCW Department of Communication Studies, served as chair from 1994-2007. Currently Interim chair, Department of Theatre. B.S. and M.S. degrees in Speech Communication from the Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Teaching areas include public address, performance studies, organizational communication and professional development. Recipient of the UNCW Chancellor’s Teaching Excellence Award and J. Marshall Crews Distinguished Faculty Award.
