Overview

  • Dr. Taggart has over 30 years of experience in natural area and environmental management with NC state government plus prior work with The Nature Conservancy and Morton Arboretum in Illinois. Graduate training consisted of a M.S. in Botany from NSCU and a Ph.D. in Biology from UNC.
