Overview

  • Dr. McNulty teaches courses for students learning to become elementary teachers and for graduate students currently serving as teachers. Her current research focuses on ways educators can use strengths-based, solutions-focused frameworks to improve their teaching and their satisfaction in the career. She has served in administrative roles since 2011.
