Dr. Agbozo teaches and researches technical and professional communication, science and medical writing, visual and digital rhetoric, and technoculture. He received several teaching grants for facilitating student-applied learning. His dissertation, which won the 2022 CCCC Outstanding Dissertation Award in Technical Communication, theorizes the creation and take up of the Global Positioning System through discursive-material analysis. His current research projects investigate mHealth and persuasive technologies, the rhetoric of health and medicine, discourses of debt and financial crises, and research methodology.
