Academia is my third career. I spend 25 years in a diverse career with Pepsi Co., including executive positions in brand management, sales leadership, business process and system re-engineering, mergers and acquisition, new venture development and general management of a $2B division with over 700 employees. After taking early retirement at age 50 to spend more time with teen aged children, I became an entrepreneur. Once my children were in college, I decided to go back for my PhD which I earned in 2018.
