Overview

  • Dr. Hardy is the Founding Dean of the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). In this role he serves as the chief executive officer for the college overseeing all academic, research and service programs within the School of Health and Applied Human Services, the School of Nursing and the School of Social Work. He received his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University and was a post doctoral research fellow in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a M.S. from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a B.S. from East Carolina University.
